Avocado & Sardine Power Salad 🐟

📝 Ingredients:

  • 🥬 Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula)
  • 🥑 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 🥚 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 🐟 2-3 sardines or anchovy fillets
  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 🧄 Croutons (garlic-flavored for crunch)
  • 🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 🥗 Dressing: tahini sauce or your choice

🥣 Instructions:

Lay a bed of mixed greens in a bowl.

Arrange avocado slices, sardines, halved eggs, and cherry tomatoes on top.

Add croutons for crunch.

Season with salt & pepper.

Drizzle with tahini dressing or your favorite healthy sauce.
