Avocado & Sardine Power Salad 🐟
📝 Ingredients:
- 🥬 Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula)
- 🥑 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs, halved
- 🐟 2-3 sardines or anchovy fillets
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧄 Croutons (garlic-flavored for crunch)
- 🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste
- 🥗 Dressing: tahini sauce or your choice
🥣 Instructions:
Lay a bed of mixed greens in a bowl.
Arrange avocado slices, sardines, halved eggs, and cherry tomatoes on top.
Add croutons for crunch.
Season with salt & pepper.
Drizzle with tahini dressing or your favorite healthy sauce.
