- 💖 Pink gel food coloring
- 🔸 Pink Oreo Buttercream
- 🧈 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 🍬 3 cups powdered sugar
- 🥛 ¼ cup heavy cream
- 🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍪 10 Pink Oreos, crushed
- 🔸 Garnish
- 🍪 Whole Pink Oreos
- 🍫 White chocolate drizzle
- 💖 Pink sprinkles
Instructions 🍽️
1️⃣ Bake the Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch cake pans. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients, mix well, then fold in pink food coloring. Divide into pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Frosting: Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in heavy cream and vanilla. Fold in crushed Pink Oreos for a crunchy texture.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake: Place one cake layer on a plate, spread Oreo frosting, then top with the second cake layer. Frost the entire cake with the remaining buttercream.
4️⃣ Decorate & Serve: Drizzle with melted white chocolate, garnish with whole Pink Oreos, and sprinkle with pink sprinkles. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
