Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Bars:
**Ingredients:**
- *For the Oreo Base:*
- * 24 Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
- * 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- *For the Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:*
- * 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
- * 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- * 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- * 1 tsp vanilla extract
- * 10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- *For Topping:*
- * 8–10 mini Oreos (or regular Oreos cut in half)
- * ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Base:**
* Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
* In a food processor, pulse the Oreos into fine crumbs.
* Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated.
* Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
* Freeze while you make the fudge layer.
2. **Make the Peanut Butter Fudge:**
* In a saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
* Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
* Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped Oreos.
3. **Assemble:**
* Pour the fudge mixture over the chilled Oreo crust.
* Smooth out the top with a spatula.
* Immediately press mini Oreos and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
4. **Chill:**
* Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely set.
* Slice into bars using a warm knife for clean cuts.
