📝 Ingredients in parts:


For the cake:

• 3 flour cups 🌾

• 1 CDA of baking powder 🧁

• ½ salt cdita 🧂

• 1 cup of butter 🧈

• 2 cups of sugar 🍚

• 4 eggs 🥚

• 1 cup of milk 🥛

• 2 vanilla cditas 🌼

• 2 cdas of coffee dissolved in 1 cda of hot water ☕

For coffee and caramel cream:

• 1 cup of butter 🧈

• 4 cups of sugar ❄️

• 2 cdas of coffee dissolved in 1 cda of water ☕

• 1 vanilla cdita 🌼

• ½ cup of caramel sauce 🍯


👨‍🍳 Step by step to conquer palates:


1️⃣ Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and thick two round molds.

2️⃣ Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

3️⃣ Bate butter and sugar until it is spongy. Add the eggs one by one.

4️⃣ Incorporates the flour mixture alternating with milk and vanilla.

5️⃣ Add dissolved coffee and mix gently.

6️⃣ Divide the mixture between the molds and bake for 25–30 minutes.

7️⃣ Cross completely before riding.


🍯 For cream:

Beat the butter, add the sugar on little by little, then the dissolved coffee, the vanilla and the caramel. Mix until you get a silky cream.


8️⃣ Fill and cover your cake with the cream. Decorate at ease!
