Super Moist Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla, then slowly add boiling water. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into greased cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
