Ingredients:
• 1 cup heavy cream• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, and salt until the sugar and cocoa are fully dissolved.Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
