Delicious Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients :

• 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 2/3 cups Cocoa Powder
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 2 Eggs
• 3/4 cup Yogurt(optional)
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 1/2 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chip
• 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder

Instructions:

Sift and Mix all dry ingredients together.
Combine all wet ingredients on another bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add in chocolate chips.
Scoop in muffin/cupcake pan lined with muffin liners.
Top with more chocolate chips!
Baked at a 450F preheated oven for 6mins.
Then reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 14mins. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
