π Ingredients:
✅ 2 beef patties (1/3 lb each) π₯©✅ 2 slices cheddar cheese π§
✅ 1 brioche bun π
✅ 1/2 red onion, sliced π§
✅ Lettuce leaves π₯¬
✅ 2 tbsp burger sauce π π₯
✅ 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns) π§
✅ Salt & pepper to taste π§

πΉ 1. Cook the Patties:Season the beef patties with salt & pepper.
Cook on a hot skillet or grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
Add cheddar cheese on top and let it melt. π§π₯

Spread butter on the brioche bun and toast it in the pan until golden brown.
